Our actions are efficient due to good team work and intra-office division of labour. We use Estonian, English, Russian, German, Finnish and French as working languages.

We have consciously concentrated on providing advice to corporate clients in the three largest field of law – business law, contract law and administrative law.

Lawyers specialized on tax law advise clients in implementing different tax laws as well as represent them in solving tax issues up to the highest court.

In administrative law we mainly focus on issues related to operating licenses, coordination, licenses, taxes etc. Building and planning law, environmental law and economic administrative laws are also included in our filed of expertise.

In our daily work routine we choose a plan of action in accordance to the clients needs that is orientated towards a successful final result. Our flexible and client centered approach allows us to solve all other problems in addition to classical law advice.

In order to value the clients time and maximize our efficiency we cooperate with other specialists: accountants, notaries, bailiffs, bond trustees, auditors, economics analysts etc.
